Family
Family Ministry is one of the new departments initiated by Senior Pastor Tangalobani in 2010 in ACT and probably the only UPCI Vanuatu local church to have this ministry beside the other ministries.
The aim of having a family ministry is to assist ACT church families to understand the importance of being part of a family and how significant it is, not only to build strong Christian families but stronger relationships between each family member with the hope and believe that having a strong family is building a stronger church, a better community and good citizens of this nation. Besides, family ministry is not just focusing on the spiritual aspects of life but also aim at the physical and social aspects of life such as addressing issues of cleanliness, ways families can share duties and responsibilities at home and addressing behavioural issues such as how to be good citizens in the community in which they live. In addressing social aspects of life, the Family ministry aims to encourage families to teach and practice good family values which will shape and model the lives of each individual family members.
